The black forest cake



Ingredients

Flour                           444g

Caster Suger.             600g

Eggs                             190g

Salt.                                13g

Cocoa powder.           104g

Bicarbonate sodab.     20g

Baking powder.           15g

Vegetables oil.            290g

Milk+7g lemon juice 380g

Water.                          390g



Method:

In a bowl

*Add all dry ingredients together and mix them well

*Add wet ingredients together

*Add the dry ingredients to the wet mix well with wooden spoon or with a standard mixer till well mixed.

Grease your round cake tin of 14cm and measure 600gms of batter to bake in layers

If you have a square 14cm measure 800gms to form two layerd cake

Bake at. 190°c on electrical oven and 220°f gas
