If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping inside a mosquito net with a mosquito present. The little thing can keep you up all night, and if you ignore it's bites, you may even wake up with sores on your skin and eventually you may suffer malaria. All that because of one tiny mosquito.

Friends, may we learn from that tiny but impactful and dangerous insect today. A mosquito creates impact not because of size but out of being able to do what it does well. Equally, your greatness in life is not determined by your size or even how much money you have. Its not determined by how many resources are at your disposal. Not all educated, rich or powerful people create Impact. These resources merely enhance who someone is because Its not what you have. Its who you are that creates impact!

The secret to living an impactful life is learning to be effective in those things that only you can do. May I encourage you to master yourself - Character. Master your gifts and talents. Master your abilities that are inert to you alone. Focus on those things that make you stand out from the rest. You can be good at what is common to all, but be excellent in the things that are uncommon and a preserve to you.

So with your gift and your skills, you can influence the world big time! What brings you before great men is your unique gift! So work that gift until it works for you!

Understand that as long as you are not actively engaging your environment with your Pontentialities, you may live all your life thinking you are ordinary and that my friends is the greatest crime! Dont fit into the norm for fear of being different. Please get this:
